it would be nice to see a ice hockey team start up in the republic of Ireland and join the elite league with the Belfast Giants. Also would be a great opportunity to see new sports introduced and give our young talent a chance at competing in new and exciting sports.

this is so needed. Also I see how great it is for the kids - helps them build confidence etc. we need a proper year round facility! Also huge benefits to health as well.

i love ice skatingand so do my boys but unfortunately we can only do it once a year on the pop up rinks

Ice hockey is a minority sport that is growing rapidly in Ireland this Arena is needed for our national teams to compete internationally

Ireland badly needs an Ice Arena. Knowing people who have a passion for ice sports but not getting to see them perform or train their skills is disappointing for us and unfulfilling for them. Let them have a place of their own to showcase their talant

As a Canadian skater and coach it is so sad to see the poor ice and size quality of rinks in Ireland when we have so many people who have great potential to go far in figure skating and hockey but don't have the proper full time facilities.
