I think off people who love skating and for those who live Ice hockey I think it's a shame their is no rink in Ireland and that people have travel up north to partake in a sport they really like especially young people. I think in this day and age it's high time they had a permanent ice rink in the capital.

It's too long since Dublin & Ireland had permanent ice facilities. It's a much needed facility.

I remember using both Phibsboro and Dolphins Barn rinks as a kid. I had to give up roller derby and would love to take up figure skating instead, I can't because currently there are only rinks at Christmas and they are always jam packed!

This is a must necessity for us to continue representing are country in world championships which we've done we'll in over the years with limited amount of ice time imagine the accomplishments we could achieve in Ireland and abroad with a full sized permanent rink
