we are from Slovakia where Ice Hockey is very popular. Our 3 sons where born here, we love to live here but what we are really missing here is a National Ice Arena !!

Ridiculous situation.In the 80's we we had two small but popular rinks in Dolphins Barn,and Phibsboro.There was a rink in Dundalk up to a year or so ago,and another in Donegal that had to close down.Cork,a city with suburbs of over 200,000 people and no rink.Nonsense.Lets get a rink here and not be depending on belfast's good will to provide us us with their facility.Absolutely necessary and unbelievable we dont have one.What is the overpaid minister for sport doing?????
