Although my wife has submitted page after page of information from my many doctors (including my board-certified neurologist) and many test results, the NFL has denied my case over and over again. My wife has fought for me. I should never have been denied in the first place. I could go on, but am disgusted. My wife is tempted to go to the NFL headquarters. My law firm has worked hard. My wife said that some former players have been submitted to many hours of testing. They ended up "exhausted". They were in their forties and fifties. In addition, I shouldn't have been denied in the first place. My wife talks about contacting DC and NY newspapers. I am not alone in my struggle.

My dementia is progressing daily,
what seems to be the problem
(my wife is writing this for me)
We complied with everything
that was required.

The claims administer sent me an award, now the NFL has apppealed my award since I'm working.

Administrators are certainly taking guidance from the NFL. Appears to be more about PR than player care . Awful process and much gamesmanship while players are suffering!

I received an award from the NFL, only to find out that it was under appeal! Two Doctors both agreed on my score. The NFL based their whole argument on a 3rd party affidavit. This makes zero sense to me and very disappointed the way this is being handled!
