I have been grabbing coffee with so many of you lately and honestly the ideas for how we can actually change the syllabus process are just brilliant. I am still processing all the feedback you gave me about the library hours because it sounds like we are all basically living there anyway. Seriously just stop me in the halls if you have more thoughts because I am taking notes on everything.
