It's a cover story the NaruSaku's are trying to make the NaruHina look bad think about it what NaruHina fan in their right mind would make this as a joke? The person who made this even posted saying "What have I done." a few days back quickly deleting the message after someone liked it right now what the creator of this petition has to say can be one of two things a lie to cover for his stupidy or a lie to frame the pairing that happened to make his look good.

It was put up by Shonen Jump (publisher of Naruto) to know what fans felt about Naruto. He'll get the message one way or the other.
As far as I know only flashbacks Hinata has are with her family including Neiji and flashback with Kurenai.

Naruto should be banned. It sent a horrible message to fans. Narusaku is the only positive outcome to fix it.
