Kishimoto is a troller and chapter 700 never specifically show Naruto is with Hinata and Sakura is with Sasuke but it showed all the other pairs. Bolt is suffering attention issues and pulling the same stunts Naruto use to pull meaning he is most l not living with Hinata and his sister and Naruto is raising him like a single parent.

Bolt/Baruto is the son of Naruto x Sakura, Himawari the daughter of Naruto x Hinata, and Salad/Sarada possibly the daughter of Sasuke x Karin because she looks more like Karin but something happened to Karin and Sakura took on the role of her mother. I know it seems absurd but it seems everyone is living separately from what it looks like in 700 Naruto and Bolt, Hinata and Himawari, Sakura and Salad, and Sasuke by himself. That's why I thought this might be a possibility.
