In fact actually I think this petition is so stupid that the government don't care if Kishimoto don't do what they want it's not to their advantage and it's not in this mean way that they will obtain it

La peli se encargará de eso, no te preocupes. Además te recomiendo leer todo el jodido manga de nuevo, porque de "romance" NaruSaku no hubo ni mierda, ¿por qué? porque es un Shonen, no un Shojo :D
