I have been reviewing the testimonials left on this page and the recurring need for local youth facilities is clear. These accounts are being compiled into a formal proposal for the Blaby District Council to review during their next session.

The momentum behind our request for a local skatepark has become truly significant. It is heartening to see our community come together to prioritize a dedicated space for our youth.

We live in Enderby. My lad is 11 and has no way of getting to the other parks when I'm at work. He loves skating, but gets moved on when he skates around the village, which means he sits at home on his xbox, rather than getting outside
My son is always getting told off by shop owners for riding his board on the paving outside. Ridiculous that there isnt a single place for them to go in Narborough.
PLEASE get this sorted. My boys have to go all the way to Fosse Park and it's not safe with the traffic. They need somewhere local.
My daughter is constantly asking me to drive her to a skatepark. Really hope this actually happens.
Bout time we got something for the kids round here instead of just leaving them to hang about the shops all night

Like my dad said, there is nowhere to safely skate round here and lots of space to put a small park like the park next to my school brockington
