Stop DCF harassment and child obduction with in the system

Would you consider looking into my care and to my case I apologize for my poor grammar I'm doing my best on the email on the phone I am 35 years old I have joint custody with my beautiful mother over my 4 year old daughter, Again I apologize for lack of my communication skills Well over 3 times I had Ben falsely accused of abuse and neglect and on alcohol and drugs To the point my daughter was taken away into foster care My mother and I had to fight to get my baby home out of Foster care Too many people are calling on people with false accusations My family had Ben through hell Suffered great pain And now here the 28th of August 2018 at 11 pm The police and DCF come to our home Threats of taken my child away only going on hear say not sure that they are investating we can't do this any more a.d we know we are not the only family affected from DCF don't do drugs ,alcohol ,abuse, neglect our baby Aliana Elizabeth she's only 4 years has PTSD terrified of a police officer even a police car We fought a year to get her out of foster care There was no investing just hear say I did all the requirements drug test and all Case close now someone calls and its open again The child is suffering more Families get destroyed The state social workers get paid Still no ones investigation just hear say and my family my emotional mental health as well as my mother and 4 year old baby we have to go through This again False accusations against us All the pain to re live again Help do the right thing For all families Dcf needs an investigation of Their Own someone has to investigate them People are hurting Christina Alvarez

dcf is out of control going out of there way taking kids away and putting them.in awful foster homes when the family's are clearly doing nothing wrong, anyone can call dcf with false allegations and yup another 51A before actually looking into it

They are always finding reasons to take children. They did not save a little girl who's dad threw her off a bridge. The system is so broken. Why even have it in place.

I am sick of dcf telling me how to run my house i pay the bills and they are not my parents what right do they have

Mother Harassed by DCF (Lakeland) I can't take being used, walked all over, treated like a horrible person, and a 2nd class citizen anymore. I am disabled with Adult Polycystic Kidney Disease, about to go through dialysis, I am in and out of doctor's offices, and just trying to live in peace and take care of my son and myself while I have my health and DCF is constantly hassling me and making me go through rigorous situations and threatening to take my son. I am not a bad person and I don't deserve this anymore. I haven't been in trouble for 12 years, I went to college, got into an honor society, made straight A's, got on the Dean's list, took care of Danny on my own, had my own place, and did great. I have always taken care of Danny, he has never gone without. I shouldn't have to go through all this stuff just because my son has clinically proved behavioral problems and has trouble listening and ran out of the yard once. He was not hurt, he is not abused, our house was clean an d he was safe. Because of DCF, I lost my home and relationship, had to move Danny out of a school he did great in, lost just about everything, and we are stuck living at my grandmother's house because DCF wants to control and dictate every facet of my life and threaten to tear apart my family. My son and I did have a safe and stable home until DCF got involved in our lives.

This is an outrage. Obviously Justina's condition has deteriorated significantly since she has been in the "care" of the Mass. DCF. She should be returned to the care of her family ASAP.
