Consequently, we, the victims of the Namvars, hereby request that you take immediate action to not only prevent Mr. Namvar from leaving the country (it is undisputed that he has extensive offshore assets that he can use to flee U.S. Jurisdiction), but more importantly, we ask that you please take immediate steps to file criminal charges against Mr. Namvar and the other members of the Namvar enterprise.
