Agree on all the points on the petition form.Especially on the delay of feedback from NamRa and calls not being answered and no response on emails. One has to go personally to their office which is time consuming because either the official is busy or not in office. So far Hans Shingo at their WBay office is off great assistance if you get hold of him. Hope this petition gets approved.

Turn around time on audits are to slow, work is bottlenecked and thus there are still loads of clients that did not get the advantage of the amnesty program

It is challenging to comply, if the system has errors at this late stage of the program and efficient feedback is not received timeously.
