Officials make up their own rules during audits and tell the customer if they are not happy with their ruling, the customer can take legal action. Who will go to court, pay lawyers and fight for years to get a few thousand dollars back?

Nou customers service at NAMRA offices employees rude don't respect their customers. Just sit on their phones while public is waiting not in the offices mostly .system always off if you go to NAMRA. poor services

Namra should complete their audits first before the amnesty should end. They are behind with alot of audits going back as 2018.
Thet dont attend to objections that was submitted on Itas. So complete your audits si that refunds can be netted of against what we owe.

Received my PAYE5 only today.
