Some submission from 4-5 years back that were submitted at Namra that need to be re submitted for Tax payers to have an accurate
balance.

I gave up with Namra. Since 2021 enquiring on 2020 return and until now nothing is solved, Just to be revised. Tax return is even missing in the system. I provided all the proof that I had no employment but I don't know why they are not revising it. Their service is extremely poor.

Tax refunds are cash flow, without it businesses struggle and fail. The country will flourish when businesses flourish. But they don’t get it and think of tomorrow..

I concur. All audits should be finalised the same day and refunds paid out in 1-2 weeks not 90 days. We wait for audit 90 days, then approval and refund a further 90 days, thus 6 months before receiving refund.
