If there is a state of emergency declared on farming due to drought, why does farmers all of a certain needs to be subjected to ring fencing. Northern business community came to complain about the effects Covid and the economic performance had on their businesses and not long thereafter, a tax relieve was forwarded to parliament for discussion. What about farming vs the ring fencing as forcefully introduced or applied by NAMRA????
