To date my taxes returns have not been audited in full as demanded by NAMRA.

All our estate late matters are not finalised although it was handed in month ago.

Namra owes me more money, than I owe them. They can audit my books and setlle everything.

There is no customer services at namra offices, import, VAT returns, you name it. The only time you are assisted is when you do payment. It's very frustrating to deal with their offices. Equally we need extention to be able to files our returns and clear interest accumulated.

Give extra time please
