NamRA employees take very long to attend to letters and corrections. I am waiting for re-allocations of credits and have been there numerous times after the audit in December 2023. Every time we spend a lot of time in queues without any results at the end of the day.

Extension for another 24months to allow business to fully recover from post covid financial effects that where a results of most of the defaults in payments and business was not as usual but companies had to keep employees
