Dr. Mark Ramer of Blessed Memory was an amazing person who optimized kindness and generosity to all. I miss him very much, as all who knew him do.

Dr. Mark Ramer was a lover of this Atlantic Beach and so many devoted time love and compassion for all these years. Will be a great honor to this town have his name in that street
