Dear Namecheap,

You have done many great things for internet freedom.
Those things will never be forgotten, we are extremely grateful.

That said, we would like to kindly ask you to please protect your users by adding DNSSEC support.

There is a DNSSEC request thread on your forum that has over 19000 views!!!! Your users need this!!!!

One of the first requests for DNSSEC was made in 2011:

https://community.namecheap.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=4183

Is it almost 4 years later and you still haven't added DNSSEC.

One of your users "dumbled0re" explained the concern very well:

We are in the middle of a cyberwar already, involving active MITM attacks,
not just passive snooping. USIS got massively hacked recently. Also a
small group of Russian hackers recently snagged a billion login/password
combinations. DNSSEC sure would be nice. DNSSEC is needed as a prerequiste for DANE. This is really not optional anymore.
-------------------------------------------------------------------

Namecheap you have been keep telling us the same message over and over, that you don't have an ETA.
It has been almost 4 years, we WANT an ETA.

We love you namecheap, please do this for us.

My email is vulnerable because this is missing. This is seriously compromising my privacy and security, and the lack of action on this topic is somewhat unacceptable.
