Name the Stadium in Centennial Park Rob Ford Memorial Stadium

We are asking Toronto City Council to rename the Stadium in Centennial Park the Rob Ford Memorial Stadium. In the coming days, Council will be discussing the merits of renaming the stadium, and we believe that it should be named after our former mayor and passionate football coach, Rob Ford.
Mayor Rob Ford was a passionate football fan who founded the Newtonbrook North Stars and served as a coach and mentor to the Don Bosco Eagles. He also established the Rob Ford Football Foundation, which has raised more than $100,000 in order to purchase equipment and establish football programs in high schools across the city.
We believe that Rob's outstanding commitment to our community in Etobicoke, his service to the city of Toronto, and his love and commitment to the sport of football should be recognized by naming the Centennial Stadium the Rob Ford Memorial Stadium.
