I would love to see this happen. He was a wonderful person to all who knew him. Never afraid to give help when ask. He lived by his faith and loved in the same manner. He will be greatly missed. Plus when people pass over this bridge they will be reminded of him. Plus those who don't know him will ask who hev was. His legacy will live on.

I & Rita are graduates of De Pere High. I knew Dick through his sister. Bob and I each knew one of the boys through our type of work. We are truly sorry for Rita and the family's loss.

Dick was a great man and he kept the County fair alive and hats off to keep it going. Dick was a great husband, father, grandfather and a great friend. thank you Dick for all you have a accomplished in your life.
