Name the New Detention Facility to Honor Fallen Deputies

This would mean a lot to the town, and the families. I know one of the families personally and know it world mean the world to them .

I would like to back Michael Deese. His dogs had great mattresses to lay on. He installed a water heater for their baths. And the area they slept he had ac/ heat installed. He was a good man.

This is the right thing to do.

Wonderful way to honor these heroes.

May God bless the PEACEKEEPERS!

I totally agree with naming the new detention center in memory of Officers Deese and Blackwood, who gave the ultimate sacrifice protecting the citizens of Dorchester County.

Better than naming it what they have planned already

This is a great tribute to my wife's step father

Let's dedicate the new jail in honor of those who gave the ultimate devotion in the line of duty.

Excellent idea and a fitting tribute.

Please honor all 3 law enforcement officers.....

I couldn't think of a better than for the new jail than this! Rest in Peace Michael

I couldn't agree more with this proposal.

Blackwood-Deese Detention Center. Absolutely a fitting and appropriate manner in which to honor the memories of two fallen LE brothers who paid the ultimate sacrifice while honorably protecting and serving the citizens of Dorchester County! Please spread the word!

A fitting tribute for officers who were faithful to their oath and commission.

I agree we should name the new jail after him

RIP and thank you do your service. It is an awesome thing these hero's do. Please do the right thing here?

This is a wonderful idea that I fully support.

Yes, name the jail after our fallen heroes

This would be a fitting tribute to the two fallen deputies.
