When Steve first came to play at the Boulevard he was often a shining light in a distinctly average team, his performances showed a true core of steel even then, creating tries from nothing, and pulling off many try saving tackles, he inspired his team mates and the fans alike. He was a true Man of Steel, and the RFL should be honoured to name the award after him. God Bless and keep you Stevie Prescott.
