Too many people are mistreating and neglecting horses everyday and are getting away with it.These people should be prosecuted and named in public so horse owners know not to loan or sell their horses/ponies to them. Horses cannot speak up for them selfs but we can do it for them! Lets get justice for all the people that have lost horses due to them been mistreated
