Mr. Reynolds is such an asset to the faculty of the school the children snd the community benefit greatly with him at the helm

It is remarkable to recognize that Mr. Reynolds is already unifying these two communities based solely on his track record. Think about what he could have done if given the opportunity.

It would be a big mistake not to retain Mr. Reynolds you must think of the children he is an excellent Catholic Role model

Throughout my granddaughters 6 yrs at Holy Name I have come to know Ed Reynolds as a kind and efficient educator and administrator who truly lived by the motto, "Loved at home, loved at school and loved by God." Through a couple years of family struggle, my granddaughter survived and passed classes with the support given by the staff and administration including Mr.Reynolds..I cannot believe that such a wonderful, caring, and capable person is being pushed aside and doesnt seem to have a place in the new school. Why?

Please keep Mr Reynolds. Maintaining our Catholic traditions are important. He is a true Warrior for our faith and our children just adore him

Mr. Reynolds is genuinely one of the kindest and most passionate people you could ever meet. This translates into his excellence as an educator and administrator as you can truly see the care he has for his students. Mr. Reynolds never fails to remember every student’s name and something going on in their lives. He greets each and every student with a smile on his face outside in the morning before school starts, always in a cheery mood even when it’s freezing outside he always is motivating students to have a smile on their face. He not only remembers who I am and always says hello to me when I see him and asks about my college process, but he remembers my cousins who went to holy name over ten years ago all by name and can recount stories about each of them. Even though I am a senior and will not be affected by the merger next year, I still care deeply about the fate of my teachers and administrators as over the four years of my time spent at holy name they have never failed to remind me that I am in fact “loved at home loved at school and loved by God” through their actions and teachings, a holy name motto that Mr. Reynolds constantly reminds his students of. These are just a few ways Mr. Reynolds shows his kind and passionate spirit at school. It is a complete and utter disgrace that he was not named as the principal of the new merger school. It is during times like these when a community needs a true leader who will motivate and genuinely care for each and every member of the new community, a job Mr. Reynolds is more than perfect for. Mr. Reynolds has always been there for us in more ways than any of us can count, and now it is time the diocese shows him the respect he deserves by naming him as the principal of the new school.

I’ve known Ed for 30 years he’s a good man who does a great job and works very hard

There has never been a teacher or faculty member at Holy Name, or anywhere really, that has cared about the school, it’s students and it’s faculty quite like Mr. Reynolds. He’s dedicated such a large portion of his life to making HN a great school and creating an environment and community that no other school has ever been able to achieve. The school has continued to positively evolve due to his choices and actions throughout the years. HN is what it is today BECAUSE of Mr. Reynolds. The ministry program, the environmental impact, the science center partnered with WPI, the beautiful gymnasium, the new theater— without his support and love for the school there would be none of these things, hence why these programs and facilities cannot be found in any other school in central mass. Not only has this whole merger been done in secrecy, without the thoughts of parents, students, faculty, etc. but the worst and most disappointing decision has been to lose Mr. Reynolds. He deserves a lot better than this.

Theirs nothing that brings people together better than a more common enemy.

There is no man better suited to fill this position then Ed. The school will burn without him

Mr. Reynolds is the only person qualified to be Principal. The diocese should be ashamed and embarrassed of the mess they have created. Open your eyes and start making better decisions. As a proud HN alumni I want this new school to succeed and I know Ed is the one for the job.

Me.reynolds is a caring and loving person, you could tell everyday that he comes into school and loves his job he is essentially a great person that the people at holy name don’t want to let go of
