I don't normally get involved in things like this but I read something disturbing on Facebook tonight about a young teenager that had taken video footage of himself kicking a cat and beating a dog.
Laws in the UK mean that young adults that are found doing this cannot be named and shamed, I feel like many others that if they have the ability to do this, then they have to suffer the consequences and should be named and shamed.
You never know this may prevent people and make them think twice about harming defenceless animals, just think if it was the other way round then something would be done about it.
Sign this petition if you agree that people should be named and shamed for doing such cruel acts like this. Only we can make a difference!

NAME THEM. let the whole world know what they did. maybe they would think twice if they knew their reputation was on the line.
That pos needs to pay the consequences. I pray for the day when animal abuse is treated just like child abuse.
I agree if they have the ability to do this then they are old enough to suffer the consequences !
name them, children need taught respect from parents and teachers. treat animals and people as you want others to treat you.
children should be educated at schools that the mistreating of all animals is wrong

its absolutely disgusting that these kids get to hide behind the law. no excuse for being that cruel to a living creature.
