I can't think of a better person in burton to receive the honour of having a road named after him, what he has done for burton albion is incredible, he has worked so hard such a modest and lovely person.

Ben has achieved such a lot not just at Burton Albion but he has also bought the community together. It is a credit to him how the club is a "family unit" this shows through the good times as well as the bad.

It would be recognition for Ben's sterling efforts over the past 40 years in putting the town of Burton upon Trent (and borough of East Staffs) well and truly on the map!
