We need more music education in our schools, not less! I would be willing to contribute monetarily to help make it possible, and I’m sure other parents would as well!
Please please please! My current 8th grader Missed out on all of his middle school years having music and now wants to apply at an arts magnet school and this would have been so great. I also have a second grader and we are considering moving him to another school in order to have access to band

Music is one of the most important things in a child’s life! Music teaches you how to relax, how to follow rules, how to synchronize your breathing, your fingers, your feet and your brain. Music is healthy for a child (and for adults). We need music for our kids.
