The old by laws were correct ad should of not been tried to be amended, I agree with the old ones and feel members did not understand the changes being address. We need ensure they do in the future. Each position should be allowed to serve the terms from the old by-laws and board of directors that are over should not be allowed to continue

Ladies and Gentleman, fellow hunters. The petition AS WRITTEN will NOT accomplish what it is intended to fix. The petition calls for elections the next two years, however we are on a THREE year rotation. The SOLE reason for a rotation is to have continuity to the organization so that new members to Leadership Team can be informed to what has happened before so that the organization can continue strong and not be changed every two years with a huge turn over in Leadership.
IN ONE ELECTION>>>
To accomplish this... there MUST be a period of time that some officials have a ONE year term, others have a TWO year term, and others have a THREE. In doing so, in two years every person on Leadership Team will be serving their THREE year term. If someone can not fulfill their three year term for any reason, then the replacement is elected for the REMAINING time left on their three year term ONLY.
There is a Bi-Law and guideline and there is a SPIRIT of the rule. Let us work together for the betterment of the NADKC.
APRIL 2-3 I participated in my first NADKC testing event for my dogs. (I have purchased 5 just this year) At this test, EVERYONE was helpful and kind and worked together! What a great club to be a part of. I drove 13 hours one way to participate and would/will do it again to be around the new friends I met!!! Gods Speed to the NADKC as work to find a solution to the topic of discussion.

No reason for another vote, according to the latest ByLaws the Breed Warden potition its up for election in 6 months OCT 2016, if another change take place it will not take effect until 1st January 2017, another mass on the way, I'm NOT in favored of the new changes the current ByLaws are just fine,

Ooops should read. Yes, on something that does not work. The old and the new both say 3 year terms. But yet some will only serve 2 and some 5 and most 4........ having a better rotation is not bad but having a bylaw that says when elected you serve 3 years and not following it is bad...

All officer terms should not be longer than 3 years, regional directors should be 2 to 3 years. A dynasty is not good for the long term health of the club
