This bank is badly needing in our small town, I have banked with NAB since I was a young, Please leave this bank for us oldies, and stop trying to get us to do everything on line. Get rid of on line banking before the walk in and bank face to face banking.

Why close it? Takes away the jobs of amazing staff, elderly clients lose out that have banked there forever and a day because they cant travel, all other customers including local businesess, local farmers, have to now travel or swap banks, which will now be the only remaining bank in town BENDIGO! . You are slowly killing our country towns! We need this bank to stay open!! You kept Esk open, now do the right thing by Lowood

I can not go to Ipswich & why should I travel 60 k 120 return just visit my bank? Instead of going backwards NAB step up & & move forward, you want to be top bank you have to keep branches increase branches be everywhere where people can depend on you, My mother always said you have to start off little to grow big.

At a time of record profits for banks it is certainly disheartening that the NAB has chosen to abondon Lowood and to force hardship on many of their loyal customers. In particular your older customers who may not be able to access your on-line serviecs.

Every time you go in to branch, it is always busy. Obviously the local area needs it. Please think about your customers not just your profits.
