Barack Obama has gone over the heads of the Senate and given the EPA powers to regulate carbon emissions on new industrial plants beginning Jan. 2, 2011. Even worse, the EPA announced Dec. 23, 2010 that they will begin regulating carbon emissions from power plants and petroleum industries beginning in 2012. This will kill jobs and drive up utility bills causing financial hardships on homes and businesses, driving up the price of everything. Congress must invalidate these regulations immediately.
