As Ryan has said, "those who spend will spend." However, even those who spend thousands of dollars on the game are extremely frustrated with the combination of expensive game play and steadily less appealing packs. This certainly doesn't promote desire to continue playing. I would hope thathat MZ would listen to their players. It is especially sad to see big name players, even emperors and their groups, sending MZ messages about these sorts of issues and then MZ responding with the same ignorant, questionable customer service ad before. If their customer service doesn't improve, that is also a large issue.

The game really is turning into money game always bringing out new things and highly expensive would be great if things got cheaper people would spend more if it was cheaper and better

I have stopped buying packs all together. I don't plan to buy any for quite awhile. The price is to steep. I dug myself into a whole.

I agree 100%. I would definitely buy more packs if we're better priced with more useful items. Also from k825, 693, and 2 others. 13 accounts total in game. I would buy in all accounts instead of just the one.

Agree, i bought that 99$ pack just to get gift mode, will not buy another that expensive, las 2 packs i bought were 4.99$ because it has ab extra "patriotic""flag day" pack on it,every kingdom has 30%-50% dead population, will get worse.
