The direction this game proceeds is disgusting to me. The countless dollars spent by all players (well I shouldn't say countless because MZ sure has counted them) blows my mind that this game isn't more enjoyable. I don't have very many nice words to say so I should end my comment now.

MZ catering to your whales who are i would say 1 - 10% of your customer base is bad business. Those whales need people to attack to keep them spending and attacking "free to play" players and zeroing them with 100 troops is not satisfying. So if you are, like you repeatedly tell me in your eloquent canned email responses, just giving the players (whales) what they want....I assure you they want the mid range average players as well as a new core set ...they wont be able to use those cores at all if everyone is the same size. So for the good of your awesome game and for the biggest customer base (the midrange spenders) please ....
Reduce the cost of packs
Slow down your release schedule
Scale back the resource and time requirements for new research and new buildings
Cut way back on the disgusting Sale Infernos and Sale Solo Events..if you need to have them to drive sales do one once in a while...right now its just disgusting people and pissing them off.
Please care about all the people who spend their hard earned money to play your game and keep you employed.

Over 80k invested, and I'm very disappointed in the direction this game is going. I rarely log on these days, I'm at a point, like a lot of my friends, of leaving this game. Radical changes required to keep my interest, time for MZ to recognize the problem, and make noticeable attempts to fix it. b|e F I S T E R

With the world in such caos and companies going out of business ,people out of work , you would think you could make it more affordable for people to play. Being greedy and constantly trying to squeeze all you can from the people that pay for your fancy cars ,boats and house , one would think you would try to hive some back. But instead continue to make it harder to enjoy the game.
Buying a $600.00 US. , console and 5 top of the line games is easier to comprehend then having a tablet, phone or other device with nothing but a bunch of problems , expensive upgrades and hefty bills .and NO ACTUAL physical product . You charge for upgrades that are rediculas and uncalled for. .
Being involved with 38 studios yes the sames 38 studios that went out of business in Providence,TO . And seeing how and why they went out of business was purely greed . And you headed in that direction . , won't be long before you join the ranks of the unemployed as they did. Then what ? You won't be able to buy your own product. . Wake up guys look at the past. Not the future. Because if you dont start giving back and lowering your prices that's exactly where your going to be ... IN THE PAST .!!!!

I've spend just bas much as some people and I never can grow, I will quit, I'm not paying to play any more with these prices
