Agree. Good points. Been thinking about leaving due to these erroneous costs. 4.99, 9.99, 19.99 were fine at the time but 49.99 and even 99.99 are completely rediculous. Thanks

Lower price points for packs definitely! I haven't bought my $50 pack yet, cause I know the $100 packs are around the corner.

I would love better 49.99 packs. Instead of buying 1 pack per month and struggling I would probably buy a $50 per week and enjoy the game more. As it is I'm probably a zero away from just quitting because it would cost too much to rebuild.

Hello I'm Glitch and I'm a GoW addict. I'm a low budget trap player because I quickly figured out I could never afford to be a big back when my first 99$ pack had an amazing 300 days of speeds. Now that same 99$ can get me 30k days of speeds ? How do I compete with the new guy? New kingdoms are crushing it with power because of this giant leap of goods in the packs 7 million gold in a pack compared to 250k is an astronomical jump. In most games you can pay to speed stuff up or put in the time and still compete Mz has made that near impossible. I'm rambling but hopefully you get my points. Smaller price points and some kind of loyalty to long term players would be nice. Glitch - out

I spend between 100-250 per month and I can not keep up. I have a good job, but bills still have to be paid. I love GOW, please fix this.

MZ customer support is AWFUL. I recommended this game to a friend and he is now playing and spending money. The thanks for the referral was lousy customer service. I did not receive a bonus pack in my inventory back in April and I emailed them about it and they refused to credit me the 500 gem chests that I was entitled to after my purchase. Since then, I have not bought any packs and I told my friend that I was sorry I recommended the game to him and not to get caught up in spending. A little customer service goes a long way. If they would have just credited me those lousy 500 "imaginary" gem chests I would have been a lot happier and felt appreciated as a customer. So MZ, you can thank customer service rep Martin O'Neil for ceasing spending on 4 accounts between my boyfriend and myself. Hope the fake gem chests were worth the hundreds you have lost. After the thousands that are spent by us players, you would think that they would want to make their customers happy instead of being so laden with greed. You shouldn't bite the hand that feeds you. The only way to fight this ridiculousness is if we stop catering to their wallets and start catering to our own. They treat us like idiot, addicted puppets. It needs to stop now.
