One should be able to put in the seller, buyer & property info once and have it populate all the pertinent tax forms, which could then be saved in an easily retrievable folder for further revision.

this form takes too long and is still not correct.

The current system is not acceptable, and far more difficult in use and practicality.

myVTax is reminiscent of the fateful early roll out and still flawed VHC. It was definitely not ready for prime time and has slowed our real estate practice preparation time considerably, adding additional costs to my clients. Please keep in mind the Pennsylvania Dutch adage: "The hurrier I go, the behinder I get."

Scrap the program. It is unworkable.

This applications should never have been released without rigorous beta testing first. It is not intuitive and the forms take too long to complete.

This is a where the new system has to be thrown completely away.

Prior to release of this system, the Bar was informed that this new system would allow us to enter data once for a real estate transaction and have the data pushed into any forms we need, i.e. a transfer tax return, a Land Gains, a Withholding form, or even a request for a Certificate. I welcomed the idea for efficiency and less error for data entry. Not only did this one data entry not happen, but entering the data for all of these forms now takes twice as long as before, or longer. What a shame the Tax Department either misunderstood its own new system, or purposefully mislead the Bar. Either way, this new system should be scraped until the developers can create something that actually is a step forward, not two steps backwards.

As a solo attorney I should not have to personally acquire an EIN to gain access to the system. After the system is taken off line, as it should be, it should not be reinstated until it it is suitable for use. The tax dept. should apply the golden rule when determining when the program is ready for reinstatement.

Technology is a great but only when it makes your work more efficient, not less. It isn't fair to burden real estate practioners with a system that is so problematic.

Codes without definitions on the PTR form are confusing to clients and difficult to proof. The current forms are badly designed.

This software is unreasonably unready for use by professionals whose livings depend on the efficient use of time.
