"Of course, the answer to the slavery question was already embedded within our Constitution—a Constitution that had at its very core the ideal of equal citizenship under the law; a Constitution that promised its people liberty, and justice, and a union that could be and should be perfected over time. And yet words on a parchment would not be enough to deliver slaves from bondage, or provide men and women of every color and creed their full rights and obligations as citizens of the United States." —(President-Elect, Barack Obama) Black Americans have been defrauded by the Congress of the United States. How Under the 14th Amendment, Black people have a constitutionally created citizenship. And a constitutionally created citizenship (or subject citizenship) is inferior to, and clearly not a sovereign citizenship with certain unalienable rights. If this were not true, there would have been absolutely no reason for the 13th and 14th Amendments, let alone the Civil Rights Act of 1964, or the Voting Rights Act of 1965, etc. On the contrary, not a single Caucasian person owes their sovereign citizenship in America to the 14th Amendment, not to mention, any inherent or unalienable rights. Why Because it was clearly understood that these rights pre-existed the following "Declaration" and as such, there would be no equivocation or debate. (See below.) "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed,- That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government" ...(Excerpted from The Declaration Of Independence) So Progressive Black Americans For Sovereign Citizenship trust that President Barack Obama will support and sign a historic new Constitutional Amendment that: (1) Acknowledges and affirms that Black Americans are no longer 14th Amendment subject citizens with limited rights, but that our individual sovereignty, our sovereign citizenship in our respective states, and our fundamental rights as human beings (equal in every way) pre-existed the adoption of the U.S. Constitution and any subsequent Amendments, thereafter. (2) Acknowledges and affirms that as sovereign citizens, Black Americans have equality as against, with, or as it relates to the federal government. (3) Acknowledges and affirms our sovereign citizenship, and further affirms that "All MEN are created equal", and "that they are endowed by their Creator with certain Unalienable Rights" (as found in the Declaration Of Independence), includes Black men and women as well. Congress continues to ignore the blatant inequality baked into our citizenship, but they cannot hide from this truth forever. I am currently preparing formal documentation to confront these offices directly because their silence on the 14th Amendment is a deliberate act of fraud. Get ready for the next escalation.

The sheer weight of this momentum proves that people are finally waking up to the fraud being perpetrated against Black Americans. President Obama needs to stop hiding behind parchment and address the constitutional inequality that continues to strip people of their sovereign rights.
