My name is Jagindar Nath Gaghok. For many years I have suffered at the hands of British Institutions. My speech in favour of Kenyan Independence led to much untold abuse. I was physically tortured, administered harmful medicines and suffered medical malpractice. This was all knowingly watched over by the British Government. My life has been a struggle to cope - for years I have been unable to talk, walk or even write. I believe now it is the time to finally acquire justice for my mistreatment and abuse.
