Disabling the communities because you want to be the focal point of communities, is like burning down a house because you want to buy it.
Let us use discord, build a better alternative to discord, then we will switch naturally, but the user base will already be in place to acquire.

The lack of Discord integration is the main reason why more of our subs can't migrate to MMF, as they don't want to lose certain subscriber features such as access access to suggestion channels.

Having Discord integration would mean I could keep my customers engaged in my community, informed about my latest teasers, releases, and promotions, and give them a direct line to us and our other fans. Since MMF doesn't offer a feed like Patreon does, users have a difficult time getting their news from creators. This would help them keep track and communicate much more easily.
