For years the Sugar Land mayor youth council has been only open for high school junior. Why should this be true case? Can it not be open to both high school juniors and seniors? A second chance should be given to those students who did not have the opportunity to join the council during their junior year due to their schedule, not being admitted, not knowing about the organization, etc. I propose that the Sugar Land Mayor Youth Council be open to both high school juniors and seniors.
