Because the council cannot provide an alternative their argument of an inefficient use of resources is basically floored. Hopefully a tribunal will resolve this but parents really shouldn't have to be placed under the incredible stress of battling authorities while also trying to parent a child with extremely complex needs.
We fully support Debs with this campaign having gone through the same. We are still battling with the LEA now.

This child has the right to an appropriate educational environment. The school want him to go, he wants to go, Staffordshire County Council do not stand between this child and him accessing education
