Yet another burden on hard working NY'ers? What abot those without a car? Are we supposed to drag 10 cloth bags with us each time we go out to shop for our families? This is nuts. Instead, how about some sort of tax bonus for those who comply and don't use plastic?

According to the article it's outrageous and I will NOT spend extra money for plastic bags when I can use my own GREEN bags

Enough with punishing the middle working class. Everyone else gets a free pass except for those that pay taxes and have many bills to pay! NO.
