the legacy of River and his amazing talent will always live on thru these limited number of roles he had before his death. He still has millions of fans around the world, plus a new generation being turne don to his films. The release of James Francos film will only enhance the interest for My Own Private Idaho

why are there movies for Justin Bieber, when he didn't jack shit to change the world. but river phoenix didn't just change the world, he changed. the minds of the world. he taught us motivation, he taught us not to be blind. he taught us to help. yet he doesn't have his own movie. yes, hes played in movies before. but there should be a movie about HIS life
