APRIL 19 2016 MY LIFE CHANGED FOREVER MY EX HUSBAND AND HIS WIFE FILED AN EX PARTE TO GAIN TEMPORARY FULL CUSTODY OF MY TWO CHILDREN DAYS AFTER THE POLICE RENDERER THEM OVER TO ME FOR HIS ABSENCE GIVING ME ONLY TWO HOURS A WEEK SUPERVISED VISITZ WITH CAMERAS .THEY ALSO DECIDED IT BEST THE BOYS HAVE SUPERVISED VISITS IN THIER HOME FOR ANYONE IN MY FAMILY. DUE TO MY OVERWHELMING RUSH OF EMOTIONS I DECLINED ALL BUT TWO VISITS. I SIMPLY DONT WANT THEM TO SEE ME HURTING OR UPSET. I LOVE AND NEED MY BABY BOYS BACK IN MY LIFE SO THIS IS MY FIGHT FOR NOT JUST MY RIGHTS BUT THIERS TOO...PLEASE HELP US GOD BLESS
I GOT MY RIGHTS BACK BUT WAS CHARGED WITH CONTEMPT THEN SERVED WITH ADOPTION PAPERS FROM HIS CURRENT WIFE I FOUGHT MY HEART OUT AND GOD WAS MY LAWYER BUT THE BATTLE BETWEEN MY EX AND I STILL RAGES ON AS HE CONTINUES TO USE MY CHILDREN AS PAWNS. Seeing this grow makes me feel like I am finally being heard after years of silence. Knowing that other parents understand this pain gives me the strength to keep fighting for my boys.

I have known this lady since jr high. Everyone who personally know her knows her kids are her world and priority number 1.

Every mom deserves her children if she has proven to chsnge her life for the better for them
I have been friends with Maria for almost 5 years now. Never once in that time frame have I as a friend or mother doubted her parenting ability. She has gone above and beyond to be the best mother possible. It breaks my heart that she is going thru such a hard custody battle. She has every right to be the mother the lord blessed her to be. I have trusted her with my children since day one and its hard for me to understand how her children's father cannot. I vouch %100 that Maria deserves to be in the boys lives! Prayers your way! I'm standing behind u friend.
No child should be taken from there mother just because of a father asking for full custody. The judge should look into how it harms the kids mentally and emotionally. Who in there right mind would just let there kids be taken and only with limited supervision. This is a child protection order so what is wrong with who ever signed off on this. Hope this does happen anyone that was involve (as in the law enforcement or law makers of that county). I pray for you to get them back asap. Love you girl and ypu are an amazing mothetthat has always put her kids first.
