Just replace the chickens. No need to kill the dog.

Judge could have been ALOT more lenient and creative with the sentence. Why not just make the owner pay for the replacement of said chickens? Even maybe have a beware of dog sign in your yard. This is literally overkill. It wasn't a child or person. I highly doubt any of those chickens were beloved house pets.

That is not fair to the dog it does not mean he is harmful to any people or shows any aggression towards other animals. So rediculous! I will pray him and a possitive outcome!

This is senseless, over chickens? I love all animals but to kill a dog over chickens is just crazy.

The fact that this dog only killed some chickens accidentally and they decide to put him down makes me sick. Dogs have feelings just as much as humans do.

There is no reason to put this dog down. Its insane. He did not attack a person. I mean what about all the dogs that kill cats???? I have never heard of a dog being put down because they killed a cat. Use logic sense.

Please don't kill this dog. There is more than enough senseless killing going on in the world. Killing a dog, is like killing a family member. Would you kill a family member for playing with chickens and having them die as a result of that play time?
