Just an update to everyone ! Thank you all so much for the love and support, even from those I don't know. This really may make a difference. My mom has a court date to appeal the case against Rebel early next month and I am talking to a news reporter tomorrow !!! All of you have touched my heart in so many ways it's unbelievable. He is my baby, my family and I am bringing this petition in to court when we go, along with the comments. Thank you again so much. Y'all are awesome ❤️

This is such a shame As a pitt lover and dog lover. Its only natural of this kind of thing may happen. It wasn't intentionally ment to kill. My heart is saddened just reading this. It could of happenrd if it was any dog. But because its a pitt it gets a bad rap.

I have a pitbull and they are a lot stronger then a chicken the owners of the chickens should of made sure they weren't on your property for him to see them in the first place! I hope everything works in your favor and I pray for both of y'all!

This is ridiculous. No loving and caring dog who's been with its owner for 3 years and hasn't hurt anyone should be put down over chickens. Chickens get killed and eaten everyday. You can't have an emotional bond with a chicken like you do with a dog. I'm literally crying and I don't even know this girl. Please don't oh my God.

I have always felt safe round Rebel, including when young children were around. He is not an aggressive dog in any manner and was doing what every dog would do be attempting to play with the chickens. I have a dog that has done the same thing to my own chickens, however, I take full responsibility for the dog gaining access to the chicken. Rebel should not be punished for it.

Give this beautiful animal back to his family . He deserves another chance to live his life with people who love him.
