as a beginner rider only being able to ride the land around here it is quite treacherous a built track would pay for itself probably within the first month!

Motor cross tracks can bring big money if done right it will help the community in big ways like bring more tourists.. I mean think about it guys bikes aren't cheap so people who ride can have deep pockets
