According to the Mattawoman Woods Townhouse Homeowners Association Articles of Incorporation, Page 3, Fifth Section: The Association may be dissolved with the assent given in writing and signed by not less than two-thirds (2/3) of each class of members as hereinafter set forth. Upon receipt of this petition, We the undersigned, agree to dissolve the Mattawoman Woods Townhouse Homeowners Association and dedicate all assets to an appropriate governmental body (Town of Indian Head) as outlined in the Articles of Incorporation.
