Dear Neighbors:

MWest II had an informal community meeting on Wednesday, 4/18/12, and there was a consensus amongst all those who attended that we should expeditiously move to replace Partners Management as our property management company.

 We all agreed that the most efficient way for the entirety of the community to register their opinion was an online petition. 

From the moment that Partners commenced management of the property, they have provided poor customer service; have not resolved issues in a timely fashion, or, have completely ignored issues, requests for service; and, very importantly, have not provided accurate and/or transparent accounting. Additionally, many residents have consistently complained about their rudeness, lack of professionalism and respect and overall absence of civility.

 Phase I of MWest has recently replaced Partners with a new management company (CMA, Inc.). Based upon feedback from Phase I, CMA has addressed all of their community needs in a professional, timely and satisfactory manner. Phase I residents have also noted that you actually log requests/issues on their website which guarantees follow-up and officially tracks residents’ requests and concerns. [Note: Signing this petition only commemorates the fact that you wish to replace Partners Management and is not a vote for CMA as the replacement management company. We only reference them because Phase I did months of research, leg-work and interviewing before they ultimately selected CMA which obviously could benefit Phase II.]
