Mweb policies need to become more flexible
THIS PETITION SERVES TO ARRANGE MWEB TO CHANGE THE WAY THEY OPERATE IN ORDER TO OPTIMIZE THEIR SERVICE DELIVERY AND PUT THE CUSTOMER FIRST RATHER THAN OPERATE FROM A POINT OF MONEY OVER PEOPLE, AND TO PROVIDE THE RESULTS FOR THE CONSUMER BY SACRIFICING TIME IN ORDER TO SAVE MONEY!
As many South African use the ISP (ADSL and or other services you offer) we believe that the policies and troubleshooting methods are too strict, consultants are sounding more and more like robots rather than humans that are artificially intelligent, sometimes the technical department knows what issues are, sometimes they want to help and they know better, however they cant help because MWEB policies stop them from being able to help us!
We also want to know if there is better ways to fix faults rather than have to wait a over 2 weeks just to get telkom to look at the line, and another 1 week for telkom to try solve the issue, it can accumulate up to 3 weeks!!!
