Military dogs deserve to be buried with military honors. They gave their lives in serving our nation. They are given the rank of Sgt and should receive the same respect as our military men and women.

As a United States Marine, I have seen that military working dogs are an integral part of our military, serving just as honorably as any other soldier, sailor, airman, or Marine, and as such, should be granted the same burial rights as any other honorably discharged service member. They gave their lives in defense of the freedom we enjoy in this country, and should be so honored for their sacrifice.

As a United States Marine, I have seen that military working dogs are an integral part of our military, serving just as honorably as any other soldier, sailor, airman, or Marine, and as such, should be granted the same burial rights as any other honorably discharged service member. They gave their lives in defense of the freedom we enjoy in this country, and should be so honored for their sacrifice.
They are the heart and soul of the men they were trained to protect. There should be no question at all about this.

If we train them as soldiers and they are ranked as soldiers, performing as soldiers, they should be included as soldiers within a final resting place of dignity and honor for duty served.
